COMPANY AUTHORIZATION: American Glass Research reserves the right to cancel a seminar should the need arise. Prepayment or credit card to hold registration must be received one week prior. Any cancellations incurred less than two weeks prior to the seminar start date in the US or four weeks prior in Europe (excluding Poland which is 8 weeks) will be subjected to a cancellation fee, which is 50% of the designated seminar fee. Any “no-shows” will be subjected to full tuition payment.
